Szia! Igen jól látod a 10.4-es verzióból még nem létezik Community Edition változat csak a 10.3-ból. Ezzel az a gyártó szándéka, hogy előnyben részesítse a fizetős ügyfeleit. Arról, hogy mikor lesz CE verzió a 10.4-ből sajnos konkrét infót mi sem tudunk. Ennyit sikerült találni: „Our paying customers deserve a premium experience. That, coupled with increased non-compliant usage of Community Edition (which we’re actively addressing with our legal team), has resulted in delaying a new release of CE. Over the coming months, we’ll determine when a 10.4 version of CE will be released. ”

A kerdesedre az a valasz, hogy a CE Edition-ok alapjaraton 365 napig ervenyes verziok azert latod a hatralevo napok szamat. (hogy ezt a gyarto miert nem hangoztatja az mar egy masik kerdes). Ezt kovetoen ujra le kell majd tolteni az eppen aktualis CE verziot.
„The term of the Community Edition license is for one year from your first download or unsealing of Licensor’s Products („Community Edition Term”) and will automatically expire upon the end of the Community Edition Term – the Community Edition license will not auto-renew. To the extent you want to continue using the Community Edition after the expiration or termination of your Community Edition Term, you must re-install the latest version of the Community Edition and agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement in force at that time. For example, if Licensee installed the Community Edition v1.0 and upon expiration of the Community Edition Term intends to continue using the Community Edition then, subject to Licensee’s continued compliance with the additional license terms and restrictions of the Community Edition, Licensee must re-install the then current version of the Community Edition license. Upon expiration of the Community Edition Term, all software developed using the Community Edition license may continue to be distributed by Licensee subject to the terms and restrictions of the License Agreement. All restrictions and conditions relating to the Community Edition license shall survive the termination or expiration of your Community Edition Term. The Community Edition license will automatically terminate upon Licensee’s breach of the terms specified in the License Agreement.”

Fontos azonban megjegyezni, hogy a Community Edition-ot főként egyéni felhasználók számára találták ki és elsősorban saját/hobbi célra. A felhasználók a Community Edition-el fejlesztett applikációkat akár még értékesíthetik is, de csak abban az esetben ha az éves bevételük nem haladja meg az 5000 amerikai dollárt.Kis cégek esetében is lehetőség van a Community Edition használatára, azonban csak akkor ha a cég teljes éves bevétele nem haladja meg az 5000 amerikai dollárt, illetve ha a fejlesztő csapat létszáma nem haladja meg az 5 főt.

Amennyiben nem biztos benne, hogy jogosult-e a Community Edition használatára, kérjük, inkább forduljon kérdésével a Ker-Soft-os kollégákhoz (a Delphi magyarországi hivatalos forgalmazójához viszonteladójához), mert az Embarcadero igen komolyan veszi a szoftvereivel való visszaélést.
